McMillian, Davis plea guilty to Huddle House assault

Kenneth Dwright Davis Jr., 26, and Frankie Marquavious McMillian, 34, both pleaded guilty to aggravated assault relating to an incident in August 2014 outside of Huddle House in West Point.

McMillian will serve eight years, with six years suspended and five years post release supervision.

McMillian is being held at the Clay County Jail.

Davis pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and will serve 10 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with five years suspended followed by five years post release supervision with fines and costs set by the court.

Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott said Davis will be sentenced at 9 a.m. Friday at the Clay County Courthouse.
