West Point returns key players to defend state title

The Green Wave offense was one of the more explosive in the state last year after they found their rhythm after the Starkville game.
West Point struggled to move the football all night against the Yellowjackets, but found themselves and an identity after that contest. They were able to rush the football consistently after that game, and that really helped them set up the passing game. The Green Wave emphasized rushing the football vehemently, and they played with an extremely physical mindset that bludgeoned teams at times.
