Oak Hill: Three football takeaways

1. The Raiders will have to rely on a new quarterback this season as senior Ken Dill departs the team as one of the best to ever play the position for the Raiders. Oak Hill will likely turn to upcoming senior John Carver Middleton, who has plenty of experience playing the positon, and has been a vital part of the Raider offense over the last few years. Middleton saw plenty of action at the quarterback position during the 2015 season when Dill went out with an injury against Kirk Academy and missed time. Replacing Dill won’t be an easy task, and there will be a lot of pressure put on Middleton’s shoulders, but he’s shown over his career that he’s able to handle that load. Playing quarterback is an extremely tough task for any person, and the Raiders will need to get solid play at the position next year if they’re going to see success.
