Columbus Christian at Oak Hill Academy

The Rams were able to get a district win over the Raiders in the 2016 contest, but it will take a huge upset if Columbus Christian is to get a win this year.
The Rams have been outscored 164-3 through their first four games of the season, and they’ll be going up against an Oak Hill defense who isn’t interested in allowing teams to score.
The Raiders have given up a grand total of zero points in the second half of their last four games, and they’re dominating teams at the line of scrimmage.
The Rams try to rely solely on their ability to rush the football, and it’s going to be tough against a Raider defensive line whohas been nothing short of spectacular so far this season.
The Rams have trouble on the defensive side of the football as well, and Oak Hill’s offense has shown the ability to put up points in a hurry the past few weeks. The skill players they have are dynamic with the football in their hands, and the offensive line has played great over the last few weeks.
The Raiders have much bigger games ahead, but they won’t be deterred any by Columbus Christian on Friday night.

Pick: Oak Hill 35 Columbus Christian 0
Center Hill at West Point

Another winless team will take to West Point on Friday night, as the Mustangs will serve as the Green Wave’s homecoming opponent.
The Mustangs have had a tough season on both sides of the football. They’re having trouble moving the football on offense, and while the defense is most certainly their stronger unit, the offense’s inability to stay on the field puts too much pressure on them, and they eventually break.
West Point should be considered a huge favorite in the matchup, but they’ll want to work on things to make sure they’re ready to go throughout the rest of the district slate.
West Point is going to have to go through a good Olive Branch team here ina couple of weeks to win the district championship, and they’re going to want to be at the peak of their performance when the Conquistadors come to town.
In a matchup which could get out of hand quickly, it could serve as a chance for West Point to get out in front and work on things on both sides of the football which could lead to success in later games.
Pick: West Point 49 Center Hill 6
