Comcast seals deal with city, pays $76K in delinquent fines

After a lengthy battle to get Comcast Cable and Internet Services to pay delinquent fees owed to the city of West Point, Comcast finally cut a check Monday to the city, bringing their current pole attachment balance to zero.
