1984 Barbecue team has some interesting monikers

This group of great cooks (according to them) are getting ready to try and win the $500 first place prize in the "Great Mississippi Cookout." The contest was scheduled for June 30, 1984. The cooks are Ellis "Spare Rib" Dunn, Roger "Fat Back" Harcrow, Louis "Ham Hock" Cooper, Keith "Hot Jowl" Middleton, and Jack "Ham Fat" Ford.
