Zayne Atkins

Zayne Atkins, 27 days old, passed away, Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Womens Hospital, in Tupelo.
Zayne Alexander Atkins was born Aug. 10, 2011, in West Point to Tammala Lancaster Smith and Robert Atkins. He was of the Catholic faith.
Graveside funeral services are Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the Memorial Garden Cemetery with the Rev. Tony Proctor officiating. Burial will follow. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his mother, Tammala Lancaster Smith and father, Robert Atkins; three sisters: Adrianne Lancaster, Laura Nix, Julia Smith; two brothers: Bryan Smith and his twin brother Zachary Atkins, all of West Point; maternal grandparents; Debra and Gary Lancaster; maternal great- grandparents: Fred and Phyliss Dreher all of West Point; maternal great-grandparents, Willard Roberts of Pearl, and the late Valgene Roberts, and Wallace Lancaster; two aunts: Olivia Lancaster Laine of Bella Vista, Ark., and Tammy Parfait of Dulac, La .
Visitation is Saturday from 1:45 p.m. until service time at the graveside.
