September 18, 2013

The West Point Police Department has been investigating more burglaries in the area. According to Chief Investigative Officer Albert Lee, two calls were made to the police last week in reference to burglaries.

On Sept. 8, police reports show that officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Park Circle in reference to an alleged auto burglary. Lee said that when officers arrived, the passenger side window of a truck had allegedly been broken to gain inside access.
