Voncile Anderson ‘Bonnie’ McNeece
Voncile Anderson ‘Bonnie’ McNeece, age 91, passed away Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Voncile Anderson ‘Bonnie’ McNeece was born Aug. 18, 1920, in Fayette, Ala., to the late C.A. and Mary Monasco Anderson. She was a member of Calvery Baptist Church in West Point.
Funeral services were Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Robinson Chapel with Dr. James Towery officiating. Burial followed in Masonic Cemetery in Amory.
Pallbearers were Jimmy Clark, Robert Phyfer, Lee Coleman, James Mitchell, Matt McNeece, Billy Gibson.
She is survived by one son, Don McNeece (Virginia) of Brandon; one daughter, Carol Gibson (Bill) of West Point; one sister, Bessie Mitchell of Amory; two grandsons: Matt McNeece (Maggie) of Raymond, Billy Gibson (Katie) of Tupelo; and a great-grandson, Will Gibson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, A. L. McNeece.
