Tracy Ridings has the unenviable job of teaching English I and Honors English to ninth grade students. This is why she was named WPHS North Campus Teacher of the Year. She introduces them to the plays of William Shakespeare with “Romeo and Juliet” and will be taking them back in time to the Holocaust by reading “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas” by John Boyne. She has been in education for 17 years, 13 of which have been at West Point High School. Photo by Donna Summerall
