Supervisors stress burn etiquette

March 31, 2014

The Clay County Board of Supervisors is encouraging residents to dial 911 before doing any burning in the county.

At Thursday night’s supervisor’s meeting District 3 Supervisor R.B. Davis said that residents should dial 911 and let first responders know where and when they’ll be burning to save Clay County Volunteer firefighters from having to respond to them unnecessarily.
