Robert Allen Spencer, age 58, passed away Thursday, Nov. 3, 2011, at Baptist Memorial Hospital Golden Triangle in Columbus.
Robert Allen Spencer was born Oct. 1, 1953, in West Point, to the late Katie Irene Strickland and Nickolas N. Spencer. He was a grocery and produce manager. Mr. Spencer was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services were Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, at 10 a.m. at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. James Estes officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Garden Cemetery West Point. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one daughter, Heather Pell of Gulfport; one son, Jason Allen Spencer (Tanya) of McHenry; three grandchildren: Leslie Pell, Kori and Cami Spencer; one sister, Sandra S. Hazlewood (Eddie) of West Point; four brothers: J. C. "Jake" Spencer (Elizabeth) of Starkville, Billy Spencer (Betty) of Aberdeen, Nicky R. Spencer (Janice) of West Point,
Larry L. Spencer (Angel) of Stinnett, Texas,
Pallbearers were Josh Hancock, Austin Clardy, Jesse Spencer, Jr., Eddie Hazlewood, Michael Allen Spencer, Justin Estes and Bill Spencer.
