Oak Hill travels to Manchester

The Lady Raiders and Raiders will make the trip south to Yazoo City to take on Manchester Academy tonight.
In the last double-header the Lady Raiders and Raiders were both completely dominant over the Lady Mavericks and Mavericks as Oak Hill took care of business in both games. As the end of the regular is coming very soon, both Oak Hill teams will look to be victors in Yazoo City.
In the December 15 meeting, the Lady Raiders routed the Lady Mavericks 59-6. Oak Hill was victorious Tuesday over Winston Academy and has seemingly rebounded from their loss to Leake Academy last Saturday. An experienced Oak Hill will look to continue their dominance over Manchester with another opportunity for a win against the Lady Mavericks.
The Raiders were also victorious back on December 15 over Manchester 76-36. Oak Hill understands after a win over Winston Academy on Tuesday, the Raiders will look to continue their winning ways tonight. Winning against the Mavericks will be very important for Oak Hill as the Raiders need wins to remain in contention for district supremacy.
The action at Manchester Academy will tip-off at four o’clock as the junior high teams will kick off the Friday night basketball activities. The high school girls will start following the completion of the still undefeated Oak Hill junior high boys around six o’clock.
