O-line key for Eagle offense in 2013

August 23, 2013

Hebron Christian’s offensive line which consists of senior guard Joey Ard, sophomore center Jessie Moore and senior guard Troy Arnold, work on their blocking techniques during a Monday afternoon practice session in Pheba. The Eagles start the 2013 season at home against Victory Christian of Columbus starting at 7:30 p.m.

The offensive line may not get the common, individual offensive stats and big, bold headlines that skill position players get on a daily basis, but for the Hebron Christian offensive linemen knowing they were the one's leading the way brings satisfaction.

"Sunday morning when I look into the paper and I see our team had a good running game, I take pride in that," Hebron Christian offensive guard and defensive tackle Troy Arnold said. "People that know football know when you have a successful running game — it starts with the offensive line."
