Southern Cruisers Car Club of Mississippi will host the the Mossy Oak Show and Shine Car Show from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Mossy Oak Mall.

Southern Cruisers Car Club of Mississippi Member Gary Gardner said the show cost $10 to enter, and the money raised would go to Dugan Nursing Home.

“This car show is a show and shine, which means it's not judged,” Gardner said. “Everyone just comes out to look at cars and have a good time.”

Gardner said antique cars from the 1930’s all the way up to present day would be on display at the show, and the amount of cars on display will depend on Saturday’s weather.

Gardner said there will also be car trivia questions at the show, and whoever answered correctly first would win a door prize.

Growth Alliance Director Lisa Klutts said the car show is not coordinated by Prairie Arts Festival, but it is held in conjunction with the festival, which is also on Saturday.
