Mobile home inspections added to contract

Clay County Property Appraiser Mike Sanders now has the authority by the Clay County Board of Supervisors to inspect mobile homes in the county to ensure the homes are on the county's mobile home roll.

This is also an effort by the board to collect mobile home taxes and garbage fees from mobile homes, which are not on the rolls.
