Mary K. Keel

Mary K. Keel, born July, 26, 1934, to the late Ramond Marston Kirkwood and Irene Burns Kirkwood, passed away peacefully in her sleep Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at her home in Paragould, Ark. She was preceded in death by her sister, Joyce Kirkwood Scott. She retired from AmSouth Bank in Birmingham. Ala. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Paragould, Ark.
Mrs. Keel is survived by three sons: Jerry L. Keel Jr. (Sue) of Paragould, Ark., Raymond K. Keel (Debi) of Houston, Texas, Robert A. Keel of Forrest, Miss.; and one daughter, Nancy K. Keel of the home; six grandchildren: Kirk D. Keel (Katy) of the Woodlands, Texas, Cyrus M. Keel of Montgomery, Texas, Adam J. Keel of Spring, Texas, R. Kris Keel (Jessica) of West Point, Miss., Bridget N. Keel of West Point, Miss., and Kathryn L. Keel of Paragould, Ark.; and two great-grandchildren; Kadence and Kenedy Keel of The Woodlands, Texas.
A family memorial service will be held at a later date in Birmingham, Ala. Those wishing to send a memorial may consider First United Methodist Church 404 W. Main St. Paragould, AR 72450, or the Methodist Children's Home, P.O. Box 4848, Little Rock, AR 72214.
