Martha McHaney Buford, age 65, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday Aug. 10, 2012.
Martha McHaney Buford was born July 18, 1947, in West Point, to Robert and Martha McHaney who preceded her in death along with her brother, Robert McHaney, Jr. Mrs. Buford graduated from West Point High School, Class of 1965, and MUW.
She was blessed with grace, beauty and strength. She was a retired school teacher and was employed by M&B Trading Co. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.
She will be remembered lovingly by her husband, William C. Buford; step-daughter, Lisa Keefe; step-son, Wayne C. Buford; sister, Barbara Wright; brother, Larry McHaney; nieces: Mary Emily Stonebridge, Haley McHaney, Chelle McHaney and Kaci Miller; nephew, Noel Wright IV and a host of faithful friends.
A memorial service is 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, 2012, at the First Baptist Church in West Point.
