Man Shot Thursday Night, Suspect Arrested

Three police officers control a crowd of onlookers Thursday as investigators work a shooting incident.

Shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday night, West Point police officers were dispatched to a residence in the Seitz subdivision in reference to a shooting. Clay County E-911 informed police that the caller was requesting an ambulance because one individual on scene advised that he had been shot.
