Man arrested in child porn case

A West Point man was arrested on suspicion of possession one count of child pornography Thursday, according to Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood.
Marcus Wilburn Knight, 49, of 141 South Division St., was arrested by the Attorney General’s Cyber Crime Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, with assistance from the West Point Police Department. WPPD is a member of the ICAC Task Force.
Knight is being held in Clay County Detention Center. His bond has been set at $25,000.
If convicted, Knight could face up to 40 years in prison. No further details are known, as of Friday.
