Mae Olga Cliett Thompson

Mae Olga Cliett Thompson, age 97, passed away, Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point.
Mrs. Thompson was born Feb. 16, 1913, in Montpelier, to the late Myrtle Merideth Cliett and Ira Pipkin Cliett. Mrs. Thompson was a homemaker and a member of Palestine United Methodist Church.
Mae Olga Cliett Thompson was married to Lee Howard Thompson, he preceded her in death on Feb. 27, 1978.

Funeral services are Monday, Oct. 11, 2010, at 10a.m. from Palestine United Methodist Church with the Reverend Cary Sutphin officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine Cemetery in Montpelier, Calvert FuneralHome of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one son, H. M. Thompson of Montpelier; one grandson, Graham Thompson of Ashville, N.C.; a
number of nieces and nephews. her sister, Lavonia Guyton Cotton, preceded her in death.
Pallbearers are Jim Murray, Mike Shinn, Russell White, Robert Gaskin, Roy Lee Pate, and Gary Brock.
Honorary pallbearers are the Nurses Staff at North Mississippi Medical Center-West Point.
Memorials may be made to Palestine Cemetery Care Fund, c/o Mr. Jim Murray, 18515 Hwy 46, Pheba, MS, 39755.
Visitation is Monday, Oct. 11, 9 - 10 a.m. at the church.
