Kim O’Brian Pettit

Kim O’Brian Pettit, 72, passed away June 15, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
She was a retired hairdresser and owner of the Hair Pen Salon in Maben. She was preceded in death by her parents, Seisen Kinjo and Uta Watanabe; and first husband, Bud O’Brian.
She is survived by her husband, Dennis Pettit of West Point; daughters, Rosie Thompson (Jerry) of Maben, JoAnne Stonecypher (Randy) of Hoover, AL, Donna Blair (Aubrey) of West Point, and Denise Reid (Gene) of Columbus; sons, Mike Vizzina of Eupora, and Andy Pettit (Sherry) of Columbus, MS; nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Funeral services are today, Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Welch Funeral Home. Rev. John Foles will conduct the service. Burial will follow Maben Memorial Gardens.
