Kenneth “Mote” Knight, age 70, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, at the University Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.
Funeral services will be held at the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel in Winona, MS, on Friday, Dec. 31, at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Oakwood cemetery in Winona, Miss.
Survivors include: one daughter, Penelope Sinkovich of Destin, Fla.; one son, Louis H. Knight of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; two stepsons: Mike Weeks and Tim Boatner of Columbus, Miss.; one sister, Beatirce Nichols of Brandon, Miss; two brothers: Jimmy Knight of Troy, Ala., and Bud Knight of Winona, Miss.; and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. James Henry Knight, and a granddaughter, Robin Smith.
Mr. Knight was a member of Moore Memorial United Methodist Church in Winona.
Visitation is Friday, Dec. 31, 2010, from 9 a.m. until service time at Oliver Funeral Home.
