Hood, Hartzog, engagement

Shelley and Tammy Wilkerson of West Point, and Billy and Miranda Hood of Pheba, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Anna Jade Hood to Aaron Morgan Hartzog, son of Morgan and Denise Hartzog of Terry.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Charlotte L. Barnette, Jim and Jackie Hager, and Bill and Barbara Hood, all of West Point, and the late Grover E. Moore.
She is a 2007 graduate of the Mississippi School for Math and Science, is currently a senior at Mississippi State University obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Fred and Sammie Hartzog, the late James Burrell and Charles and Susie Thomas of Florence.
He is a 2004 graduate of Terry High School, a 2009 graduate of Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He is currently employed as a Reliability Engineer and Firefighter with Albemarle Corp. of Pasadena, Texas.
Wedding vows will be exchanged Saturday, Dec. 11, 2010, at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in West Point.
