Mr. and Mrs. Marty Holcolmbe of West Point, are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Holcolmbe, to Kristopher Sykes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sykes of Aberdeen.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Holcolmbe of West Point and Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Taylor of Steens.
She is a 2003 graduate of Oak Hill Academy, a 2005 graduate of East Mississippi Community College and a 2009 graduate of Mississippi State University.
She is currently employed with the Clay County Co-op, in West Point.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Herbert Ray Red, and the late Louise Red, and the late Durley Sykes, and the late Lois Sykes.
He is a 2000 graduate of Aberdeen High School.
He is currently employed with Wren Body Works of Wren.
Wedding vows will be exchanged Saturday, May 19, 2012, at 5 p.m. at Waverly Waters.
