Evie Virginia "Gin" Webb
Evie Virginia "Gin" Webb, age 88, died Sunday, Oct. 24, 2010, at the Dugan Memorial Home in West Point.
She was born July 12, 1922, in Cathage to Ruby Octavia Garnett Webb and Dr. Robert Marvin Webb. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Columbus.
Graveside services are today, Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010, at 2 p.m. in Oregon Memorial Cemetery near Lexington with Bro. W.E. "Buck" Buchanan officiating. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
She leaves no immediate survivors.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Webb Watson.
Honorary pallbearers will be Wheeler Pulliam, Jerry Webb, John Webb, Bill Owens, Mike Mathews, Edward Saunders,
Carey Upton and Wil Webb.
Memorials may be made to LeBonheur Childrens Medical Center, 50 Dunlap Street, Memphis, TN, 38103.
Visitation is at the cemetery from 1:45 p.m. until service time.
