The Hebron Christian Eagles missed a pair of crucial games earlier this week, due to snow and ice, but they will be back on the court tonight to face district rival Central Academy.
Looking to improve on some already solid divison performances, the Eagles will face the Vikings’ team for the second time this season. The Eagles defeated Central in the first match.
On Monday night, the Eagles were slated to face Winona at home, and they were scheduled to play Calhoun Academy on the road Tuesday night.
Both games were canceled, and there has not been a makeup date announced yet.
The Eagles feature a solid shooting crew, led by senior Carlton Clay. The veteran Eagle has been putting up big numbers, averaging over 20 points a game this season.
Chad Smith, another senior, has made some big shots for the Eagles as well. Will Corbin Rogers, Taylor Coggins and Kevin Simmons have been good in the clutch for the Eagles.
All of the action starts at 4 p.m., and the boys will play after the girls game at 6 p.m.
