Donna M. Baker age 76, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Donna Marie Lindenberger was born March 11, 1936, in Corry, Penn., to the late Zelma
Thorton and Aloyios Rudolph Lindenberger. She was an assistant to the “Sign Artist” Denver D. Baker for 57 years. She attended Bible Baptist Church. She married Denver Dean Baker October 15, 1952, in Corry, Penn. He preceded her in death February 13, 2010.
Funeral services are Sunday, March 3, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with the Bro. Alan Garbutt officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Garden Cemetery in West Point.
Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one daughter, Debra Maynard of West Point, two sons, Randy Baker of Columbus, Dennis Baker of Lansing, Mich., eight grandchildren, Amanda Maynard McBride, Angela Maynard, Amber Thayer, Arliann Baker, Bobby Dennison, Uriah Baker, Quinton Baker, and Brooklyn Baker, eight great- grandchildren, two sisters, Kay Kenniston of Live Oaks, Fla., Nancy Miller (Crist) of Corry, Penn., one brother, Jerry Lindenberger (Barbara) of Corry, Penn. Two children, Mark and Sandy Baker and two brothers, Al Lindenberger and Kenneth Lindenberger, preceded her in death.
Pallbearers are Joshua McBride, Ben Davis, Uriah Baker, Quinton Baker, Dylan Dennison, and Nicholas Gray.
Memorials may be made to West Point/Clay County Animal Shelter, 1212 Old Tibbee Road, West Point, MS 39773.
Visitation is Saturday, March 2, 2013, from 5 - 8 p.m. at Calvert Funeral Home.
