September 11, 2013

The Horseshoe Robertson Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution have a busy day on tap. DAR members are out this morning putting American flags on Commerce Street to commemorate the Sept. 11, 2001, attack on American soil in New York City and Washington D.C. by extremists under the guidance of Osama Bin Laden.

Horseshoe Robertson DAR members, Brenda Edwards, Jane Caston, Jenny Caston and Regent Gaynell Duke are doing their patriotic duty by putting out the flags in honor of the 12th anniversary of 9/11.
