Brinkley: Grand jury outcome 'great'

Over the course of three days, the Clay County presented 121 felony cases to the grand jury for consideration. Some 66 cases were submitted by the West Point Police Department.
Out of those 121 cases, Police Chief Tim Brinkley said 102 cases were "true billed," something Brinkley said he considered a great outcome.
