Aspire to Excel reaches six years of success

Rev. Robert Shamblin-Traylor had a vision to help school children who might otherwise fall through the cracks. He spoke to his congregation at Pilgrim Grove M.B. Church about starting a tutoring program. Six years later Aspire to Excel is thriving, with students kindergarten through eighth grade. Most of the Aspire to Excel students are honor roll students according to Traylor.
