Arts Council debuts t-shirts for Art Walk

The West Point/Clay County Arts Council has released its t-shirt for the first Art Walk that will take place on April 13. Standing in the shirts in front of Commerce, the street that will present most of the artists that day are Lisa Klutts, Kathy Dyess, Vickie Burris, Souzen Steelhammer and Lewise Jackson.
