Ellis competes at MAIS all-star softball game

October 9, 2013

It is shaping up to be a busy week for Oak Hill senior Maegan Ellis.
Like any high school Homecoming maid, Ellis is having to decide on a dress to wear during the festivities on Friday – though her mother, Gigi, said one dress was already selected. The dress right now though is paired with a pair of cleats, an aluminum bat and a leather glove, as Ellis was selected to represent Oak Hill in the MAIS annual All-Star Softball event today at Jackson Prep in Flowood.
“We do have a dress picked out,” Gigi said. “The only thing is can we find some time for school this week.”
