West Point sweeps away Louisville 73-55

Finally returning home after a month-long stint away, the Green Wave welcomed the team that started their road trip - the Louisville Wildcats. On Friday December 14, West Point outlasted the Wildcats in the second half and defeated Louisville soundly 73-55.
On Tuesday night, in a rematch that was similar to the last contest between West Point and Louisville, the Green Wave started the first quarter sluggish but were soon to answer Louisville ending the quarter ahead 21-13 and never looking back. West Point’s second half effort closed out the game as the Wave won dominantly 78-49.

West Point girls fail to scratch out win from Lady Wildcats

The Lady Wave finally returned to West Point after almost a full month on the road starting back on December 14. It was a rematch Tuesday between West Point and the Louisville Lady Wildcats, a game that the Lady Wave hoped to be more competitive in this time around. The last meeting between these two teams was a Lady Wildcat routing of West Point 72-33 back on December 14 in Louisville.
