Lady Wave fall to New Hope 67-26 in Friday night home match

January 19, 2013

The Lady Wave basketball team was at home Friday night playing host to district-rival New Hope. Both West Point and New Hope entered into the Friday match-up with perfect records in district 2 5-A and only one could leave without a blemish on their record.
Negative starts offensively for the Lady Wave allowed for the Lady Trojans to take a 12-0 run in the first quarter and never look back. New Hope continued to dominate throughout the game with the full-court press and great offensive play. The Lady Trojans were victorious over West Point 67-26 in district action.
