With a week under their belt, the Oak Hill Diamond Raiders are starting to come around offensively. The team put up 13 runs against Hebron on Thursday night, and the lost by just one against Lamar on
In Thursday's game, Oak Hill jumped all over a young Eagles team for 10 early runs.
Tres Turner had two hits, along with a pair from Conner Baird.
Clay Henley got three hits, and Kody Riley had three hits, including two doubles.
Cole Fowler, Chance Livingston and Riley Pierce jumped all over three pitches for a double each. Jeb Stevens also had two hits in the game.
The West Point Green Wave baseball team is still quite young. Despite most of the guys on the team having played a good bit over the last couple of years, the Green Wave are still trying to find the right spots for some of their players.

One jamboree and one Classic down, and everything is looking up for the West Point Diamond Wave baseball team for the 2011 season. Last year, it wasn't until April 1 that the Green Wave got to play an actual game on their home turf.
They made sure they would not repeat that this year, when they hosted their Classic this past weekend.
Overall, everything seems more upbeat about West Point's young baseball team. They're a year older, and they are winning early-on.
