Last Friday night, The Raiders of Oak Hill Academy (3-6; 1-1) put on the best defensive show of the year for the home crowd in a 14-12 win over Kirk Academy. This week, they will face a tough Marshall Academy (6-2) team that will be Oak Hill’s final home game of the season.
That means that Friday night’s game will be senior night. A pre-game ceremony will honor Doss Miller and Jordan Hawkins, the two seniors on Oak Hill’s 2010 roster.

There is little doubt that the Hebron Christian Eagles (1-7; 0-2) played their best game all year on Friday night. Still, a 22-14 lead in the middle of the fourth was not enough get them past the Rams of Immanuel.
That game, in particular, was also the most important of the season for the Eagles. It was their chance to get back in the district race, after falling to Central Holmes two weeks before in their first district match.
