Clarence Speed, age 57, passed away Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at his home.
Funeral services are today, Thursday, Nov. 18, 2010, at 11 a.m. from Union Baptist M.B. Church, with the Rev. Mike Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Union Baptist M.B. Church Cemetery.
Carter's Mortuary Services is in charge of arrangements.

Mary Jo Ann Wright Gilreath
Mary Jo Ann Wright Gilreath, age 71, passed away Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Funeral services were Monday, Nov. 15, 2010, at 2 p.m from Bethel Baptist Church with Bro. R.D. Cline and Bro. Robert Earl Fowlkes officiating. Burial followed in Lebanon Cemetery.
Tisdale-Lann Memorial Funeral Home of Aberdeen was in charge of arrangements.
Annie Pearl Harrelson
Annie Pearl Harrelson, age 94, passed away Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, at Waverly Care Home in West Point.
Mrs. Harrelson was born Oct. 24, 1916, in Chickasaw County to the late Luther Thompson and Sallie Spring Thompson. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Houston. She was a retail merchant owner for 25 years of Houston Fabric Center in Houston.
Funeral services were Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, at 2 p.m. from Memorial Funeral Home, with Bro. Dub Harrelson officiating. Burial followed in Houston Cemetery in Houston.

Harry Lee Rodgers Sr., age 88, passed away Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at the Veterans Administration Nursing Home in Kosciusko.

Sharon Lee Edward
Sharon Lee Edward, age 56, passed away Friday, Nov. 5, 2010, at her home.
Funeral services are Saturday, Nov. 13, 2010, at 11 a.m. from Union Star M.B. Church with the Rev. Vernon Swift officiating. Burial will follow in Union Star M.B. Church Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 3 – 6 p.m. at Carter's Mortuary Services Chapel.

Inez Coggins Bock
Inez Bock, age 85, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2010, at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point. Mrs. Bock was born Mar. 12, 1925, to the late Ruby Parish and J.G. Coggins. She enjoyed cooking, hunting, and fishing and spending time with her family.
Funeral services are today, Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Towery and the Rev. R.C. Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation is today from noon - 2 p.m. at Robinson Funeral Home.

Florence Davis Jernigan
Florence Davis Jernigan, age 96, died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at the Dugan Nursing Home in West Point.
She was born Sept. 18, 1914, in Counce, Tenn., to Winfred and Nora Blakney Davis. She married Wayne Jernigan of Okolona, in 1936. An accomplished homemaker, seamstress and cook, she had a true servants heart and used these talents to minister to others. Mrs. Jernigan was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Okolona where she served as a leader in the Women’s Missionary Union and Girls’ Auxillary, taught Sunday School, and sang in the choir.
Julia Elsie Ellis
Julia Elsie Ellis, age 93, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at her home in Lexington.
Julia Elsie Ellis was born Sept. 9, 1917, in Holmes County, to Harry and Grantham Etta Eubanks. She was a seamstress employed with Henson Kickernick and a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
Visitation is 11 a.m. until service time at the church.

Ollie Randolph "Ronnie" Hall
Ollie Randolph "Ronnie" Hall, age 70, passed away, Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at his home in Cedar Bluff.
Ollie Randolph "Ronnie" Hall was born April 4, 1940, in Aberdeen, to the late Ruth Arnell Robertson Hall Williams and Ollie Brewer "Bill" Hall. He was predeceased by his step-father John Alex Williams. Mr. Hall was a welding specialist for the Babcock & Wilcox Company for 30 years and was a Baptist. Ollie Randolph Hall married Minnie Lou Edwards Hall on April 30, 1960, in West Point.
Mary Gayle Hill Wylie
Mary Gayle Hill Wylie, age 51, died Saturday, Nov. 6, 2010, at her sister's residence in Cedar Bluff.
Mrs. Wylie was born Oct. 9, 1959, in Ripley, to Gilbert "Duke" and Mary Ruth Williams Hill. She was a member of Dumas Baptist Church. She owned her own lawn service and was the manager over the Garden Center at Wal-Mart. Prior to that and during her college years at Mississippi State, she worked for Pretty Pots and Montgomery Flower Shop in West Point, Boyd's Flowers in Tupelo and Mary Bells in Greenwood.
