Harrison Lee Mosley

April 23, 2014

Harrison Lee Mosley, age 71, passed away Easter Sunday, April 20, 2014, after a nearly four year battle with cancer. He was born Oct. 20, 1942, in Bay County, Florida to Arvie Lee and Rosa Lee Mosley, both deceased of DeFuniak Springs, Fla. Mr. Mosley had lived most of his life in Escambia and Walton County, Fla., but also lived in Baldwin County, Ala., and Clay County. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and a very compassionate and giving person and servant of God.

James Jolly, age 41, of West Point, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014, at his home in West Point.

James M. Fields, age 76, of Philadelphia, (formerly of Clay County) passed away Friday, April 18, 2014, at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian.
Graveside services are Friday, April 25, 2014, at 2 p.m. from Greenwood Cemetery in West Point.

M. Dean Andrews, age 59, of West Point, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.

Dorothy Lounez Tate of West Point, MS passed away on Sunday April 6, 2014, at NMMC-West Point at the age of 82. She was born on September 18, 1931, in Chickasaw County to the late Sally Lou Griffin and Elbert Smith. She was a self employed painter and a member of Free Praise & Worship Center.

Mary Lee Green, 92, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point.
Funeral Services are set for noon Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Carter Funeral Home, J.F. Carter Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in the Baptist Grove Cemetary in Prairie, Miss.
Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014.

Murphy Evans Sr., 88, died March 31, 2014 at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point.
Services are set for 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in West Point, followed by interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at Carter’s Mortuary Services Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Legion Landon Shelton-Neely Post 212 Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 1262, West Point, MS 39773.
