Elnora Dismukes
Elnora Dismukes, age 89, passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle in Columbus.
Funeral services are Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, from Third Mt. Olive M.B. Church, with the Rev. Al Latham officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation is Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, from 4 – 6 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home.
Carter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Beactrice Ezell
Beactrice Ezell, passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2012, in Northlake Ill., at the Kindred Hospital Northlake.
A memorial service was held in Chicago, Ill., Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012.
Funeral services are Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012, at 2 p.m. from Jolly Chapel M.B. Church in Okolona. Burial will follow in Palestine Church Cemetery in Van Vleet.
The deceased will lie in state from 1 p.m. until service time.
Carter Funeral Home of Okolona is in charge of arrangements.
Elaine Stevens Ray
Elaine Stevens Ray, age 74, passed away, Monday, Feb. 20, 2012, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Elaine S. Ray was born Sept. 6, 1937, in the Mississippi Delta to Mattie Lee Prestridge Stevens and Wade Stevens. She was a machine operator for Artex International for over 30 years. Elaine Stevens Ray was a member of First Pentecostal Church. She loved working outside in her yard and with her flowers. Elaine Stevens Ray married Willie Louie Ray May 5, 1956, in Eupora.
