Hugh F. LeNoir
Hugh F. LeNoir, age 91, passed away, Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, at the Dugan Memorial Home in West Point.
Mr. LeNoir was born Nov. 20, 1919, in Greenville, Miss., to the late Eula Wilson LeNoir and Sterling LeNoir Sr. He was a Regional Vice President of T.G. & Y Family Centers and Variety Stores for many years. Returning to West Point, Mr. Lenoir was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was a proud Veteran of the U. S. Air Army Air Corps having served during WW II. Hugh Finley LeNoir married Mary Elizabeth Norris LeNoir; she preceded him in death March 21, 1988.

Vielose Gray, age 73, passed away Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, Ala.
Funeral services are today, Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, at 11 a.m. from Union Grove M.B. Church in Calhoun City, Miss., with the Rev. Timothy Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Union Grove M.B. Church Cemetery.

Vielose Gray, age 73, passed away Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Birmingham, Ala.
Margaret Earlean Smitherman Guest
Margaret Earlean Smitherman Guest, age 78, passed away Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
Mrs. Guest was born May 15, 1932, to Grady Smitherman and Bertie Barnes Smitherman in Monroe County. She was a life-long resident of Monroe County, where she was a home-maker. Mrs. Guest was a member of Faith Bible Church in Houston, Miss.
Olin Ray McFadden
Olin Ray McFadden, age 85, passed away, Monday, Feb. 7, 2011,at the Dugan Memorial Home in West Point.
Mrs. Olin Raphiel McFadden was born Aug. 20, 1925, in West Point, Miss., to the late Lucy Unger and James Raphiel Savage. Mrs. McFadden was an Insurance Clerk at NMMC-West Point and Ivy Memorial Hospital for 33 years of service. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and was a member of the West Point Pilot Club for a number of years. Olin Ray married Robert F. McFadden on Feb. 14, 1948, in West Point, he preceded her in death on Nov. 24, 1975.

Gloria Jean Dupree, age 52, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at North Mississippi Medical Center of West Point.
Funeral services are Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at 11 a.m. from Third Mt. Olive M.B. Church, with the Rev. Al Lathan Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Lee Hill Cemetery.
Visitation is today, from 3 – 6 p.m. at Carter's Mortuary Services Chapel.

Jacqueline Young-Heard, age 47, passed away Friday, Jan. 28, 2011, in Kansas City, Kan.
Funeral services are Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at 3 p.m. from Concord M.B. Church in West Point, with the Rev. Kelly Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Concord Cemetery.
Visitation is Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, from 10 a.m. - noon at Carter's Mortuary Services Chapel.

Rev. Willie Melvin Moore Jr., age 65, passed away Sunday, Jan. 30, 2011, at the North Mississippi Medical Center of West Point, following an extended illness.
Funeral Services are Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, at 11 a.m. from Mount Hermon M. B. Church, with the Rev. Tim Brinkley officiating.
Burial will follow Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011, at the Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery in Philadelphia, Miss. Procession will leave from Mount Hermon M. B. Church at 2 p.m.
Visitation is Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, from 5 - 7 p.m. at the J. F. Carter Memorial Chapel.
