Shirley Shell
Shirley Shell, age 55, passed away Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, at Hospice Home.
Funeral services are Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, at 1 p.m. from The Church, with the Minister Michael Cannon officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation is today, from 4 – 7 p.m. at Carter's Mortuary Services Chapel.
Carter's Mortuary Services is in charge of arrangements.
Neville Burgess McGee
Neville Burgess McGee, age 89, passed away, Friday, Feb. 11, 2011, Bedford Care of Newton.
Mrs. McGee was born Dec. 19, 1921, in Webster County, Miss., to the late Ada Williams and Henry Burgess. She worked as a sitter at Baptist Hospital-Jackson. Husbands, Thomas McGee and Otto Harville preceded her in death. She was a member of Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon, Miss.
Hugh F. LeNoir
Hugh F. LeNoir, age 91, passed away, Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, at the Dugan Memorial Home in West Point.
Mr. LeNoir was born Nov. 20, 1919, in Greenville, Miss., to the late Eula Wilson LeNoir and Sterling LeNoir Sr. He was a Regional Vice President of T.G. & Y Family Centers and Variety Stores for many years. Returning to West Point, Mr. Lenoir was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was a proud Veteran of the U. S. Air Army Air Corps having served during WW II. Hugh Finley LeNoir married Mary Elizabeth Norris LeNoir; she preceded him in death March 21, 1988.
