Students at East Side Pre-K spent a relaxing day in their pajamas Wednesday for Read Across America with Dr. Seuss. The three year olds were still not sleepy despite their bedtime attire. Ms. Amos’ class of kindergarten children were learning about famous black American’s. Students were encouraged to dress as someone famous and give a report. Pictured is Tyler Harris who chose The Honorable Judge Thurgood Marshall, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court from October 1967 until October 1991.
