Plunkett suit against the city continues this week in court

Friction. Turmoil. Belittlement. Disarray. All these terms were used Wednesday in Aberdeen’s federal court to describe the situation in the West Point Water and Light Department that allegedly led to the termination of Shasta Plunkett, former interim supervisor of the department.
