County asked to pay for remainder of Ivy defense

Clay County resident Rashaan Ivy, who is accused of shooting a woman in the head, began his defense with substantial dollars to pay a private attorney to help prove his innocence. Those dollars have now run very low, and Ivy and his defense attorney T.K. Moffett is asking Clay County to pay for the rest of Ivy’s defense.

Settlement reached in “race-based” lawsuit
