47-year-old Kenny Lang of Columbus surrender to the Clay County Sheriff Department Thursday morning, according to Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott.
Lang was wanted by the Sheriff Department on a Clay County Circuit Court capias warrant for driving under the influence – third offense.
Lang’s bond was set at $5,000 and Lang bonded out by mid-afternoon Thursday.
