Several damaged county roads to be repaired

Growing up in the country, many Clay County residents have pretty much become accustomed to traveling over bumpy, dirt and gravel country roads that don’t receive the regular maintenance they need to stay in tip-top condition.
But that doesn’t mean these travelers like having their vehicles beat up and bruised by roads heavy with dangerous potholes and roads that are very off level.

Police seeking information on stolen items

Over the past two weeks, the West Point Police Department Investigation Division has worked several burglary cases.
The Police Department’s investigators are tracking leads to some of the suspects in several cases investigators are currently working on. The Investigation Division does have information that some of the items related to the burglary cases have been sold. The Police Department is asking anyone who may have purchased any of the following items or knows anyone who has purchased them to please come forward.
