Wave drop a pair to Louisville

January 4, 2012

West Point was handed their third consecutive loss Tuesday night. And at 5-10, it’s tough to really tell how well the season is going.
“We still haven’t put it all together, and we’re still not playing as good as we should have,” head coach Brad Cox said. “But we’re very close. The record looks a lot worse than it really is.”
The Green Wave lost a heartbreaker, 52-49 on the road at Louisville. It’s their first game back since December 20.
Leading 23-21 at the half, the Green Wave found themselves down six points in the first two minutes of the third quarter and really never recovered.

Norton came before Clay County Justice Court Judge Joe Taggart on Nov. 17 and though she gave no remarks on whether or not she was negligent when Morgan was hit by Norton's car that day, she did listen to testimonies of witnesses and the testimony of Morgan who underwent extensive hospital treatment for the injuries she sustained.
