Animal hoarding case concludes

July 2, 2013

Correction: In Friday’s edition of the Daily Times Leader, we failed to mention that all legal channels and protocols had been observed in the rescue of the 32 animals. As an officer of the court, Linda Koch had been asked to investigate the situation by the Clay County Sheriff’s Dept. Court orders and documents were in place before the seizure of the animals. The Golden Triangle Horse Rescue was called Clay County Horse Rescue as an error. We at the Daily Times Leader apologize for any confusion.
