Hosted by the West Point/Clay County Arts Council, Friday Night Jams will start this Friday night, March 8th. The jam session will be from 7-9:30pm at the Parks and Recreation Building in Marshall Park.
Friday Night Jams are open to everyone, but keep in mind this is an informal playing event with no preset program or tune list. And the sessions will be family-friendly events, where no smoking or alcohol is allowed, but people are welcome to bring refreshments to share.
Wondering who’s gotten booked into the Clay County Jail lately?
Well, soon, folks won’t have to wonder because starting this June the public will be able to look online to see who’s been booked in and out of jail and see what they’re charged with.
